Its APRIL. Summer is LITERALLY AROUND THE CORNER. Do you want to wear shorts? Rompers? Not look gross in a tank top or a bathing suit?? STEP IT UP. You have MAYBE one more month. Warm weather is coming and you’re not at your goal. If you’re gonna be skinny at ANY TIME OF THE YEAR it should be summer. Don’t waste yet ANOTHER summer feeling like shit and not wanting to go outside because you’re too hot in jeans or leggings or whatever you have to wear to keep your gross legs covered up. GET IT TOGETHER BITCH. This is what we’ve been training for.

But this summer when you cry into your summer clothes, those shorts that mock you because your thighs wobble and chafe when you wear them, that flowey top that makes you look even bigger than you are (which is an achievement because- just look at you) when you see all the thin girls in their crop tops and rompers you think back to may, and you regret every. Single. Calorie.

Summer is here i didnt reach my hgoal i just gained weight greattt…ugh.
Need to quit eating chips and exercise more everyday!!!

She is so gorgeous and skinny I want to be this skinny!!! I really need to start committing summer will be here in 3 months I don’t think I’ve worn shorts for 3 years now! And I haven’t revealed my arms for like 2 years I really need to start commiting!!! I am going to give up sugar and chips those are my biggest culprits I’m also taking garcinia Cambodia to reduce my hunger. I will be going to the gym 4 times a week for an hr and 2 days will be dedicated to bldg up my strength on the elliptical. Other than that I will be giving up sugar chips and also not eating meat except for seafood and a bit of chicken when I eat out. I need to lose 20 pounds! This month and hoping to lose 15 pounds by the 21st
New goals
I only have 2 weeks to get in shape for the summer i really have to commit. Lastnight i was eating chips at 2am! Unacceptable! Today i am intermittent fasting everyday of this week no and ifs or buts!
I need to lose 10 pounds to weigh 155 at the end of this month if i do that ill be happy please please:( i dont want to be fat anymore

Today I heard it. People noticed. One of my teachers, twoof my friends. They noticed.
My teacher told me I looked thinner, told me I looked happier. God, did it make me feel good.
One of my friends and I were talking about the Valentine’s fundraiser, where they sell giant cookies. She told me there was no way I could eat a whole one, I’m too tiny.
The other one of my friends told me I looked great when I posted a picture on my Snapchat, and didn’t bat an eye when I asked her to get me a few grape tomatoes at lunch and didn’t eat anything else. In fact, she smiled and told me I was making the healthy choice.
I’ve only lost about 10 lbs. If this is the reaction when I lose only 10, what will the reaction be when I lose 20? Or 30? Or 40?
I can’t wait to find out, and I’ll damn sure make it this time.
